Kimi Ni Todoke ("Reaching You") conta a história de Sawako Kuronuma, uma garota muito doce e honesta que é sempre incompreendida por seus colegas de classe e sempre "assusta-os". Isso acontece porque eles acham que sua aparência lembra muito o personagem do filme de horror "O chamado".

Ela não consegue ser amiga de ninguém até que ela conhece Shouta Kazehaya, um garoto muito popular e seu colega de classe. Ele a cumprimenta e conversa com ela sem ser assustado como os outros e é aí que o seu mundo começa a mudar. Ele começa a mostrar à seus colegas que ela não é assustadora afinal de contas, e um monte de oportunidades e novas experiências mostram-se para ela.

Ela está finalmente vivendo e ela não pode agradecê-lo o suficiente, e, lentamente, eles se apaixonam um pelo outro, enquanto ele a ajuda a superar seus obstáculos.

Este é o anime mais doce de todos! Sawako é realmente  fofa quando o cabelo não fica no caminho! (: E a amizade que Sawako  desenvolve com as amigas de Kazehaya, Ayane e Chizuru, é tão adorável! Suas atitudes são sempre muito ingênuas e encantadoras, você não pode evitar de querer cuidar dela!

Talvés você ache a progressão da história muito lenta. Não vou mentir dizendo que é normal, mas é lento para que você possa sentir as inseguranças de Sawako com relação a todas essas coisas novas e é necessário para a grande sensação que este anime dá.

(Oooh não, agora eu estou querendo vê-lo de novo ...)

Prepare yourself, this is the cutest thing you’ll ever see! xD

Kimi Ni Todoke ("Reaching You") tells the story of Sawako Kuronuma, a very sweet and honest girl who is always misunderstood by her classmates and “scarying" them. This happens because they think her appearence resembles a lot the character from the horror movie The Ring.

She can’t manage to be friends with anyone until she meets Shouta Kazehaya, a very popular boy and her classmate. He greets her and talks to her without being scaried like the others and that’s when her world starts to change. He starts showing their classmates that she’s not scary after all, and a lot of oportunities and new experiences show up for her. 

She is finally living and she can’t thank him enough, and slowly they fall for each other, while he helps her overcome her obstacles.

This is the sweetest anime ever! Sawako is actually really cute when her hair doesn’t get in the way! (: And the friendship Sawako develops with Kazehaya’s girl friends, Ayane and Chizuru, is so adorable! Her attitudes are always very naive and lovely, you can’t help but want to take care of her.

Maybe you’ll find the progression of the story very slow. I won’t lie saying it’s normal, but it’s slow so you can feel Sawako’s insecurities towards all those new things and it’s necessary for the great feeling this anime gives you.

(Oooh no, now I’m wanting to watch it again…)
